- Cleaning and forklift services will be provided on a pre-arranged basis only. Otherwise, the renting party will be responsible for provision of these service
- Security services are charged based on a minimum of three hours [** Security is required on weekends, holidays and after normal work hours]
CHAI Sound System
CHAI can offer a high powered state of the art sound system suitable for most events ranging from a single keynote speaker to a full live band. The system is made up of high quality QSC front end speakers, Mackie 16 CH mixer, Shure microphones and powered Wharfdale monitors. See list below for a system that best suites your needs
Note: Larger systems will require a CHAI sound technician who may be required to set up and tear down before and after the event.
Small System - $75.00
Voice and background music only
Suitable for up to 1/3 of Event Centre
Includes two full range speakers, one microphone, including floor or
table microphone stand, CD player
Medium System - $100.00 (requires CHAI Sound Technician billed at $35.00 per hour, three hour minimum)
Voice and background music only
Suitable for entire Events Centre
Includes four full range speakers and stands, up to two wireless
microphones and 6 wired microphones including floor or table microphone stands, CD player
Large System - $150.00 (requires CHAI Sound Technician billed at $35.00 per hour, three hour minimum)
Live band, recorded music, voice
Suitable for entire Event Centre
Includes four powered full range speakers, two powered bass
speakers, four powered stage monitors, and voice and instrument
microphones suitable for average four piece band including assorted microphone stands.
