Events Centre
The Seaport Event Centre, situated directly on the Historic Charlottetown Waterfront is a former potato warehouse. The original character is enhanced by its waterfront setting and downtown site lines, as seen through large scenic windows.
This newly renovated venue offers 18,000 square fee and can accomodate 75-80 booths, a reception for up to 1500 guests, or a banquet for 800, theatre seating for 1000 and boardroom meeting space for 20, all within walking distance of downtown Charlottetown and major hotels.
Please note: The Events Centre will not be available for any bookings from May 6th - October 30, due to a busy and successful cruise season. Any bookings outside of these dates will be welcomed.

- CHAI will provide space for rental as per the above rates
- Cleaning and forklift services will be provided on a pre-arranged basis only. Otherwise, the renting party will be responsible for provision of these service

CHAI Sound System
CHAI can offer a high powered state of the art sound system suitable for most events ranging from a single keynote speaker to a full live band. The system is made up of high quality QSC front end speakers, Mackie 16 CH mixer, Shure microphones and powered Wharfdale monitors. See list below for a system that best suites your needs
Note: Larger systems will require a CHAI sound technician who may be required to set up and tear down before and after the event.
